Danny and I took apart our toilet completely and made repairs ourselves. I feel so accomplished... even more so than having given birth. On a side note, ain't the internet grand? It empowers you to do things like home repairs that you would otherwise feel incapable of tackling.

Vincent Speaks
Vincent didn't want to eat his soup and rice and was grabbing handfuls of plain brown rice off my plate and jamming them in his face. He came across a piece of sangchoo (lettuce) and to our surprise took a little bite. He promptly put it back down and declared it to be "jiji" (korean for trash). He's most certainly a meateater.
He talks a lot and says the darndest things. The other day he was talking to his trains and starting his phrases with "hey guys" and saying stuff like "oh no" and "oh gosh." His pronunciation is rough at this point and we have no idea how he comes up with the stuff that he does. Here are samples of his words:
choochoowayne = choochoo train
tenis = Thomas
mina = Mater, from Disney's Cars
wah koo = Poptart
coptoo = helicopter
pinano = piano
geeba = zebra
cahgu = car
dahgu = dog
pigu = pig
buhdee = bird
wahdee = water
sehsehtah = Samantha (his best friend)
ahpawsaw = octopus
eminent = elephant
stawbeddy = strawberry
daipuh = diaper
cuhluhling = coloring (or crayons)
ahl-gung = all done
He says a whole bunch of other stuff that is prounounced well but these are his own concoctions. He's growing up too fast!
